NOTES: Catalogued 6/88, DZ. Caption: "Vietcong arrested and executed. Carring a pistol and wearing civilian clothes, this Vietcong was captured near Quang Pagoda during attacks on Saigon February 1. Identified as an officer, he was taken to South Vietnamese National Police Chief, Brig. Gen. Nguyen Ngoc Loan, who shot him point-blank in the head." See also 88:398:27 & 28.
