NOTES: Waxed for printing. Retouched with black ink. Two slips at upper corners. Although inscription states date for image as 1851, other inscribed images of locations in Italy indicate that a more precise date for this image is March 1852. Bibliographic reference listed indicates a positive reproduction of negative located in the collection of the Photographic Society of Ireland in Dublin. Catalogued 3/92, MAP.
