NOTES: Smith college, 1903, contains 51 photographs, mostly cyanotypes of various sizes, mounted to the album page. These document campus buildings and interiors, as well as the activities of groups of young women. One double page spread shows 8 young women posed in a row, both a front view and one from behind. There are also a few gelatin silver photographs, including one of William McKinley in a carriage with another man. Images were made by Beulah W. Johnson, probably a student at Smith Collecge in Northampton, MA.
