Jane Cowl, actor

American (b. Boston, Massachusetts, 1884-1950)

Cowl, a successful stage actor, played many diverse roles. She starred in her own works, including Smilin' Through (1919), performed one of her finest roles in Romeo and Juliet (1923) and acted in numerous contemporary plays.
