"A precision miniature camera developed to fill the gap left by
drying-up of supplies of German Leica and Contax cameras in World War
Two. As well as a very accurate long-base coupled rangefinder, it
included a number of innovative and original features, including
interchangeable film backs, and automatic finder and parallax
adjustment for the six Ektra lenses." (Coe, B, 1988).
.
It is thought that Joseph Mihalyi was in charge of the design of this
camera. (TG)
