"Althgough not unusual in any of its features, the Challenge Dayspool
No. 1 Camera, introduced in 1903, represents the ultimate in
craftsmenship for cameras of this type. Its body, beautiful in
appearence, is made of polished Spanish mohogany. The rounding of the
ends of the camera is fine woodwork, half of each end swinging open
when the rear panel is removed." (Lothrop, 1973).
