NOTES:
  "The Lewis daguerreotype camera of 1851 had a fixed, chamfered front
  panel, connected to a sliding box at the rear by bellows, which gave
  extra extension. A door gave access to the plate holder and focusing
  screen." (Coe, 1978).
  The Lewis cameras were available in 1/4, 1/2, 2/3, full, and double
  plate sizes.
