  "In November, Konishiroku introduced the Konica C35 AF, the first
  production camera in the world with a built-in autofocus system. The
  compact, accurate autofocus Konica was based on a microchip designed
  and manufactured in the United States by Honeywell. The C35 AF also
  had programmed automatic exposure and a built-in electronic flash."
