"Box shaped leather covered case with hinged lid giving access to
Eastman-Walker rollholder. 1893: Improved model; Bausch & Lomb Iris
Diaphragm shutter fitted; baseboard hinged to permit drop front
movement when using wide angle lens; compartment within case for lens
cells; double swing back and rising and cross front movements on lens
panel; film wind within case; adapted to take ground glass screen and
plate holders (older models could be adapted); finder on lens panel.
1895: Rack and pinion focusing replaced sliding focusing movement;
improved lens panel and supports, with clamping screw for rising
front, and cross movement of whole camera front, with locking lever."
