"Created for the OSS, and used by American and European agents and
members of Resistance movements in occupied Europe. The featureless
metal case was the size of a standard match box, and it could be
disguised as such, with controls recessed at one end. The lens covered
from 8 feet to infinity with a 45 degree angle of view. A processing
kit and close-up stand for document copying were also available."
