Lt.-Col. Dickinson is in the middle wearing the straw hat. The man to
his left is probably Col. Dahlgren. The gentleman in the center, in
foreign uniform, squatting, is Count Zeppelin of Prussia. Major Ludlow
is to the right of Dahlgren holding a copy of "The Art of War."
Standing behind Dahlgren is Lt.-Col. Rosencranz, a Swedish officer.
